This allows me the opportunity to offer your slot to another client who may be in need of my services. • Rescheduling: If you cancel with the required 48-hour notice, I am more than happy to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you better, subject to my availability. • Refunds: If you prefer a refund over rescheduling, that's completely fine. Just make sure to let me know within the 48-hour notice period, and I will process your refund promptly. • Late Cancellations: I understand that emergencies happen, but please be aware that if a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, I cannot offer a refund or reschedule the session. This policy ensures that I can continue offering timely and effective services to all my clients. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation with my cancellation policy.
