I understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes changes are necessary. To accommodate this, I have established the following cancellation policy:

48-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with me, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer your slot to another client who may be in need of my services.
Rescheduling: If you cancel with the required 48-hour notice, I am more than happy to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you better, subject to my availability.
Refunds: If you prefer a refund over rescheduling, that's completely fine. Just make sure to let me know within the 48-hour notice period, and I will process your refund promptly.
Late Cancellations: I understand that emergencies happen, but please be aware that if a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, I cannot offer a refund or reschedule the session. This policy ensures that I can continue offering timely and effective services to all my clients.
